Welcome to Eyeconic Family Eyecare, the office of Drs. Preston Smith and Janis James, your neighborhood optometrists serving Dallas, Georgia and the surrounding communities. Drs. I had an amazing experience at Eyeconic Family Eyecare! I brought my 5 year old and 2 year old (what was I thinking?), and Dr. Smith was an absolute professional. Even though the 2 year old wasn't there to get serviced, Dr. Smith still engaged and interacted with him. He explained everything clearly and was incredibly patient with my 5 year old. We'll definitely be back. It's true, they really are a family eyecare service. We received great service from check-in to leaving. Highly recommend!
Dr. Preston Smith is a medical professional who takes the time to listen to their patient's issues and concerns while not watching the clock. He was able to review my current ophthalmologist written refraction and realize the errors introduced by that office. My new Rx from Dr. Smith solved years of concerns and inadequate corrections. My new lens are fantastic! I can easily read signs better and crawl type on the TV. He is now my go to source for ophthalmic care! I highly recommend this professional and caring Doctor.
These are the best two eye doctors I have been to in my 63 years. They are both caring, friendly, kind, thorough, and professional. They both took the time to explain things to me, which I more than appreciated. Two years ago I saw Dr. Smith and this year I saw Dr. James. I highly recommend Eyeconic Family Eyecare and either one of these two doctors!
I have seen both doctors and if I could give a higher one, I most certainly would. I was blessed to walk in and make an appointment, for I know I finally found doctors who really show respect and care for their clients.
